Cancellation Policy

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 hours, orders typically enter processing and may no longer be changeable.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days.


Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  • All returns must be approved before you ship them back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product arrived damaged).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:
Returns that are incomplete, missing packaging, or returned without approval may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refund Processing:

  • Upon receiving your return, inspection may take up to 10 business days.

  • Approved refunds may take up to 40 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds are issued in USD ($). Any currency conversion fees are the buyer’s responsibility.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives physically damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Attach clear photos of the damage in your email.

  • Damaged boxes or packaging alone (without damage to the product) do not qualify.

  • Approved damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.
